The Venues Compared page lines up questions that more than one venue asks and shows each venue's number for the same outcome. It ranks them by how many points apart the venues are.

The Venues Compared page: the Furthest apart list, where each row is one question with each venue's number for the same outcome and how many points apart they are

Furthest apart. Each row is one question; the chips give each venue's number for the same outcome, and the pill on the right says how many points apart they are.

  3. 3Each venue's number for the same outcome
  4. 4How many points apart

The page has two lists:

  • Furthest apart lists the pairs by gap, widest first. The note says it lists gaps of two percentage points or more.
  • Busiest pairs lists the pairs with the most money traded today on their two venues together.

Each row shows:

  • The question, as a link to the market's page.
  • The outcome, in gray at the left of the second line, such as the team, the candidate or "Hold".
  • A chip for each venue with its chance, such as Kalshi 29%. Select a chip to open the market on that venue in a new tab.
  • The gap, as 16 pts apart. A gap of five points or more is shown in red.

The topic chips, headed All topics, narrow the page to one topic.

#What gets compared

The page's own text says what is matched: the Fed, CPI and jobs, games matched by their teams and day (until they start), and the championships, awards, races and other questions that more than one venue asks, matched by their words and outcomes. Where more than two venues ask, the row shows every venue's number for the outcome, and the gap is the widest between any two. Only outcomes that the venues both quote are compared.

Numbers for a question about a figure, such as inflation, are in the figure's own unit. The gap there is in that unit, for example 0.05 points.

#Common questions

Does a gap mean one venue is wrong?

No. It can mean the traders on each venue see the question differently, that the markets are not quite the same, or that the prices were read at different moments. Open both markets and read their rules.

Why is a question I know is on two venues not here?

It may not have been matched, the gap may be under two points (so it is not in Furthest apart), or the game may already have started, which drops it from the page. Open one of the markets: if the other venue asks the same question, its page has a The same question on box.

Why are three or four venues shown for some questions?

When more than two venues ask the same question, every venue's number is shown, and the gap is between the two farthest apart.
